OnTrac pays employees every other Friday on a biweekly schedule.

2025 Pay Dates

January: 10, 24 February: 7, 21 March: 7, 21 April: 4, 18 May: 2, 16, 30 June: 13, 27 July: 11, 25 August: 8, 22 September: 5, 19 October: 3, 17, 31 November: 14, 28 December: 12, 26

Pay Period

Each paycheck covers the two-week period ending the Sunday before payday.

Example: The January 10 paycheck covers hours worked from December 22 through January 4.

Holiday Paydays

If payday falls on a company holiday, you receive payment the business day before the holiday.

When Pay Is Available

Direct Deposit: Funds are available in your account by 6am local time on payday

Paper Check: Available for pickup at your facility after 10am local time on payday

Viewing Your Pay Stub

Access pay stubs in DayForce:

1. Log into DayForce
2. Click "Pay" in top menu
3. Select "Pay Stubs"
4. Choose the pay date you need

Pay stubs are available on payday by 8am.
