How to Reset Your eBilling Portal Password

If you forgot your eBilling portal password, follow these steps to regain access.

Password Reset Process

Contact your assigned accounting specialist to request a password reset. You will need to provide:

• Your username
• Your vendor name
• Your vendor number (if you know it)

Who to Contact for Password Reset

Your accounting specialist is assigned based on your vendor name:

Vendor names starting with numbers, A, or B (up to "Beg"): Maria Funa at [phone] or [e-mail]

Vendor names starting with B (from "Beh") or C (up to "Cha"): Perla Tan at [phone] or [e-mail]

Vendor names starting with C (from "Chb"), D, or E (up to "Ek"): Clara Soto-Richards at [phone] or [e-mail]

Vendor names starting with E (from "El"), F, G, or H (up to "Hol"): Marine Zakaryan at [phone] or [e-mail]

Vendor names starting with H (from "Hom"), I, J, K, or L: Crystal Garcia at [phone] or [e-mail]

Response Time

Your accounting specialist typically processes password resets within 1 business day. You will receive your new credentials via encrypted email.

Security Note

All NLACRC emails are encrypted per HIPAA requirements. When you receive your password reset email, follow the instructions to open the encrypted message.
