How to Enroll in the NLACRC eBilling System
New vendors must enroll in the eBilling system before submitting invoices for payment. The enrollment process is managed by your assigned accounting specialist.
Enrollment Requirements
To enroll, you will need to:
- Complete the enrollment form provided by NLACRC
- This form serves as a binding agreement between you and the regional center
- Submit the completed form to your assigned accounting specialist
- Wait for your username and password credentials

Enrollment Timeline
Your accounting specialist will send you the enrollment forms within 1 business day of your request. After you submit the completed forms, you will receive your login credentials within 2-3 business days.
After Enrollment
Once enrolled, you will receive:
- Your username and password via encrypted email
- Instructions for logging into the portal at https://ebilling.dds.ca.gov:8378/login
- Guidance on submitting your first invoice
Setting Up Direct Deposit
After enrollment, you have the option to set up electronic funds transfer (EFT) for faster payment. Your accounting specialist will provide a separate EFT application form.
